PromptScroll ("the app") explains here how the app handles your information.
PromptScroll does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. The app operates entirely on your device.
Scripts you import or create are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. They are never uploaded, synced to a server, or shared with anyone. If you delete the app, your stored scripts are removed with it.
PromptScroll uses the iOS Files picker so you can choose documents to import. The app only reads the specific files you select, and only to extract their text for display. It does not browse, index, or access any other files on your device.
PromptScroll itself does not record audio. If you use the keyboard's dictation button while editing a script, that feature is provided by iOS, and any speech processing is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy terms — not by PromptScroll.
PromptScroll does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with any third party.
PromptScroll does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information.
PromptScroll does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
If this privacy policy changes, the updated policy will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
